We have officially identified what has been causing the login problems and it has been successfully fixed. The new notification alerts when you have reached 90% or 100% data usage was over taxing multiple systems behind the scenes. The system was trying to calculate everyone's data usage in real time and determine which notification to send every time your modem communicated with the server.
These notifications have currently been disabled and will not be re-enabled until we are 100% sure this will not happen again.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we hope you can move forward with us in making this the best system on the market.
