An issue was brought to our attention of sms messages appearing to be delayed. After further investigation we found that our system was being limited on how fast it could send sms messages and the messages were being queued up in our SMS provider. We having found a solution and reconfigured production. New notifications should be flowing and any notification that had been queued should be starting to clear out.
This did not affect receiving the actual images from the modems, only getting the text message on your phone.
Anyone that had not received an sms message for earlier today at their normal scheduled check-in and did have images may receive the text message late as the queue starts to clear out.
