Can't get my A-30 camera to connect with the modem.

Used camera & modem for the first time last year with no issues. I set it up this season sometime in November and had no problems for the first week. After which time it started having difficulty connecting with camera. I had push the test button over and over again for about 20 minutes to get it to connect with camera. Now I can't get it to connect at all. I've updated firmware, changed batteries, formatted the SD card tried using a different USB cord. Nothing has worked. Any suggestions/guidance would be very much appreciated.

  • Could be 3g signal in the area? Usb port not damaged? "usb connected" showing? In custom start? I'd have it on hand and call them.

  • You've gone through the appropriate check lists. If you're still having issues, you'll have to call Customer Service.

    I had a USB port damaged by a bear one time and it gave me connection issues. Sometimes it doesn't take much.
