So, I have a previous Moultrie S-50i Signature which I love and had no problems with it. Did the update and everything works fine. It is out in the field again working great. So i decided to purchase a second one with the Verizon Modem, exactly the same set-up. On the new unit I received yesterday, installed batteries, sd card (all recommended items from Moultrie they want put in their products). Turned it on, and I get a "white screen". Did a hard re-set according to troubleshooting, and same thing. I turn the screen on and "white screen". This is not good. Is there something else I can do? I am calling them this morning.
