Update - Moultrie Mobile Delays (9/3/16)

Moultrie Mobile Users,
To update you on the system delays we have been experiencing (see Alert posted 9/1/16):

A server configuration issue was identified and addressed. The system has been running without issue for last 24 hours. We continue to monitor system performance 24/7/365.

Some new modem activations may have been impacted by the system delays. If you are having trouble activating your new modem, please call our support team at (800) 653-3334. We are happy to help you through the process.

We are monitoring the system closely and continuing to resolve issues as we find them. Thank you for your patience as we get this new system off the ground. We expect you to expect excellent service from Moultrie Mobile. Please give us your feedback in the forums.
