Update on Moultrie Mobile Delays

Moultrie Mobile Users,
To update you on the system delays we have been experiencing (see Alert posted 8/9/16):
We have identified several bottlenecks in our system and removed them. In the past 24 hours, we have gone from processing 1 image every 2 seconds to processing 10 images per second,...a twenty-fold increase in throughput.

You should be seeing 'missing' photos taken over the last three days appear in your Inbox.

Some new modem activations were impacted by the system delays. If you are having trouble activating your new modem, please call our support team at (800) 653-3334. We are happy to help you through the process.

We are monitoring the system closely and continuing to resolve issues as we find them. Thank you for your patience as we get this new system off the ground. We expect you to expect excellent service from Moultrie Mobile. Please give us your feedback in the forums.
