I use a trail camera in a city for easy security. The people in the night photos are often blurry. Any suggestions?
May need to look at other brands. Most though give blurry night pics of people. Check out Trailcampro flash test results. They have pics from someone walking at night for each cam tested.
For less blur, you need something with high output LEDs (850nm (low glow) will give you less blurry pictures, but intruders can see the red glow at the base of the LED) and a low exposure time. All of the M-series and up from Moultrie offer Motion freeze which will cut down the exposure time in an effort to reduce blur - this results in a slightly darker picture, but less blur of a subject.
