      So, I received an email yesterday from someone there named Archie. He offered to send me an M-800i at an even exchange if I would return the BC-4000i to him. I responded with an email back saying I would take that offer, based on how he would answer my 2 questions I had for him, which I went on to ask in the email . He has not responded to that email, nor to 3 follow up emails to that email, nor to a phone call I made to him this morning. Should be easy to understand my frustration with Moultrie right now. I’ve never had this poor level of service from Moultrie. What is the deal?

      Knothead, our team is taking care of you. We offered you to trade in your BC-4000i at no cost and we would send an M-8000i. The M-8000i is actually a higher-end ($40 more) camera. We feel that this is above and beyond standard customer service. Archie will be calling you before the end of the day. Thanks for your patience with us and letting us get you squared away.

    Queen, I spoke with Archie and he is taking care of this. As a result, I want to delete my post ("Really Disappointed"). How do I do that?
