10-11-2017 Mobile App Login Issues 7:30 pm.

The updates we made earlier today is helping us track down what is causing the login issues.
Right now the website is still working but the mobile applications have been turned off.
I will keep you updated and let you know when the mobile apps are turned back on.

You can still check your images using the website and new images will still be coming in as normal!
We are working as hard as we can to get to the bottom of this.

    Mobile applications have been turned back on and so far so good. We are going to continue to monitor throughout the night and make sure the changes are eliminating the issue. We are going to reassess in the morning and start looking at the app communication to see if it is something in the previous version or if it is the old 1.0 versions of the apps causing the issue.

  • We have officially identified what has been causing the login problems and it has but successfully fixed. The new notification alerts when you have reached 90% or 100% data usage was over taxing multiple systems behind the scenes. The system was trying to calculate everyone's data usage in real time and determine which notification to send every time your modem communicated with the server.

    These notifications have currently been disabled and will not be re-enabled until we are 100% sure this will not happen again.

    Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused, and we hope you can move forward with us in making this the best system on the market.

    We will do our best to get these notifications re-enabled for you as soon as we can.
