Received the trail cam last year for Christmas. It worked this spring/summer/early fall, then stopped working entirely in late October. Called tech service, they will not honor their 1 year warranty without a receipt. It was a gift, and I cannot get a receipt. Any ideas? Changed batteries, SD cards, went through the steps that tech service told me. Am I left with a dead piece of junk after less than a year of usage? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
