Give a call to Customer Service and they should be able to help you out.
It would help if customer service would look at this board and post the answers here.. Obviously my friend here is searching for an answer and maybe doesn't have the same "working hours" available to the hourly, "ask on my time" Moultrie Customer Service reps...
The problem is that your friend is going to need to go through a series of troubleshooting steps to try and determine what the problem might be. While anyone could post some routine "Do these three things, tell me if it's still broken" that would generally only waste everyone's time. A live service call would allow them to try different things depending on the outcome of the previous test - a matrix of outcome driven steps that would be far too lengthy and complicated to attempt to write out and walk through in a place like this.
However, I aim to please, so I will see about getting some canned 'one-size-fits-all' responses drafted up so I can respond better in the future.
