I have an SG-8 Moultrie trail camera. My problems are twofold. number 1 is my camera keeps showing full on screen, when i go to delete and hit yes it switches to no and just keeps doing this. When i get to yes i click on enter like instructions say but it goes to no. Problem number 2 is I have left my phone number in your customer support section and get no call back. Very frustrated to say the least. I have several cameras by one of your competitors and when i have problems they will give me help.


  • It sounds like there is a problem with your SD card and the camera isn't able to format it properly.

    As for the call back, I can't much help you there other than to tell you that the Customer Service team I'm sure will get back to you as soon as they can.
