Always extremely impressed with Moultrie's turnaround time on a warranty replacement. They received my defective s50i on 12/12/18 and a replacement cam arrived today 12/18/18.
Wow, that's crazy quick. I've always been impressed with their CS as well.
I have a MV2 modem that was sent in on 07/26 and its 08/08 now and I haven't heard a thing. Didn't reply to an email I sent to confirm they received it either.
They have been good on replacements time wise and from a support side.
