We are writing to inform you of a Microsoft service issue that is effecting Moultrie Mobile. Until Microsoft resolves this issue, you may be unable to access your Moultrie Mobile account via the app or website. If you are able to access your account, your pictures and other information may not be available. Rest assured that your pictures and account information is safe and secure.
We are in direct communication with Microsoft and will keep you updated as we receive updates. At this time, Microsoft has not given us a timeline for resolution. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Rest assured your cameras are still taking pictures and when all issues are resolved your pictures will upload at the next scheduled check in.
