Warranty support - how to get attention?

Sent back a 3 month old MV2 under warranty last week. Long story. No confirmation Moultrie received it, are working on it, no communication. Kind of like the modem stopped working.

How does one get to talk to moultrie support? Yes, I called and the automated call routing system hangs up on me.

Please advise.


  • The best way to contact Customer Service is via phone. Even when Moultrie employees are on here, they generally direct people to call in. That way they can get all your info, troubleshoot and provide next steps quickly.

    You may have to stay on hold for a while. They don't outsource their CS so it takes a little longer to get through.
