I have a MV1 that I was going to activate to monitor a location until the end of the year. I was charged for the plan last Saturday and it showed "Active" on my Dashboard. However, I couldn't get it to connect to the server. I assumed it was due to the sun-setting or the fact that bears have chewed on it for the last 3.5 years. So I attempted to cancel the plan but got an error message saying that it wasn't activated.

I reached out to Customer Service and was connected with Archie. He seemed to know exactly what the issue was and got it corrected in just a few minutes. I told him that he's lived up to his "legendary status" on here. :D

I'm sure they're short staffed going into Christmas, but just wanted to say Thank You again to him in case he reads the forum and to get the word out that he is a great resource.
