It's been about 24hrs since powering up and I still can't get the signal and server lights to change to green. They blink yellow. Mobile app hasn't detected the camera. Battery and SD card lights stay green. Suggestions? Thanks.
It may seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how often it's missed: Did you purchase a plan for the camera?
If so, then it could have to do with the service being interrupted last night.
Otherwise, if you've formatted the SD card, purchased a plan and have coverage in your area, you'll likely need to calls Customer Service to troubleshoot with them.
