Yep. Awful timing. I went out to fix a camera in 100 degree weather at 2pm. I stayed for an hour until I gave up. Then I couldnt connect to app and couldnt even get anything to load on computer.
Figured it must be a server issue. Glad I'm not alone.
yes. The whole weekend has been terrible, today being the worst...It's not just you.
Most notably it appears to connect via the LED status, but nothing gets uploaded. When I couldn't even refresh the photo list to see if it was working, I pulled the modems and gave up. I tried via a browser with the same result. spin spin spin.
I also spent the weekend moving cameras-fresh batteries-update firmware-fresh batteries-two new mv 2 modems etc and nothing has worked since 8/31
Had to leave the property before modems would check in-not what I wanted getting everything freshened up and new modems put up two weeks before season opener.
I hope they get whatever issues they have worked out quickly-they have never failed to get paid every month even if cameras are not working. If the working aspect ever performs as consistently as the billing -we may be onto something
I had a brief period of time yesterday where I couldn't get the app to refresh but it resolved itself fairly quickly.
Something to keep in mind, our pictures are not on Moultrie's servers. They utilize a third party to house and maintain the data and services. They can provide the feedback to the vendor, but they are somewhat limited on what they can do to make any corrections.
Is there a reason that all three of my modems would stop checking in with the server at about the same dates 8/30 and 8/31. A new mv 2 setup only uploaded one pic and then just stopped working all together.
My XV-7000i just downloaded picture at scheduled time, so it seems to be working. Yesterday I went to lease and both my XV7000i and mv-2 downloaded when I forced a download.
